Angeleta Marie Beverly, author of Inhale Exhale, A Timeless Journal, believes that once we learn God’s lessons, we can refrain from repeating generational and life patterns and cycles. She encourages women in crisis and motivates them to embrace their inner strength. Angeleta keeps a diary and believes that journaling on a consistent basis is a powerful healing exercise. Back referencing pages written is also instrumental in measuring progress and generates motivation to proceed forward.

Ms. Beverly has two wonderful daughters, six grandchildren and one great grandchild. She has been a foster parent for more than 30 years, fostering teens, and young mothers. Angeleta holds two Master degrees in Gerontology and Psychology. She loves reading, writing, journaling and most of all helping others.
